We're looking for a senior paralegal that is warm, approachable and has a positive attitude.ResponsibilitiesDrafting correspondence, pleadings, and legal documentsAssisting the lawyers with preparation for court hearings and trialsManaging files throughout all stages of the legal process and ensuring all deadlines are metAssisting with court filings in Small Claims, Supreme Court, and Court of AppealPreparing LTSA forms and completing filings with the LTOReviewing documents for production, and using our e-discovery software, Everlaw for preparing lists of documentsMaintaining the court calendar and the b/f systemAdditional tasks as they ariseQualificationsParalegal certificate/diplomaMinimum of 5 years of working as a commercial litigation paralegalExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailTime management skills and the ability to work independentlyLocationThis is an in-office position based in Vancouver, British ColumbiaPerksHybrid work scheduleBenefits3 weeks holidaySalary: $75,000 - $95,000 – Commensurate with experience
