This full-time position requires scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday and involves a mix of direct patient care and travel within the community. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients’ individualized needs using appropriate techniques
• Execute and monitor care plans continually
• Build rapport with patients collaboratively




• Maintain accurate professional patient records
• Participate in required after-hours on-call coverage

Requirements:
• Registration with the CNO as a Nurse in positive standing
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Mandatory experience in Pediatric care
• Clinical skills in gastric feeding and ventilation care preferred
• Flexibility to travel and work varying hours
