Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and plate meals adhering to sanitation standards
• Assist in training kitchen staff for food preparation




• Manage inventory of ingredients and receive orders
• Perform food temperature checks and maintain records
• Communicate effectively with team members and residents

Requirements:
• Minimum of grade 12 education
• At least 2 years’ large volume cooking experience
• Certified Red Seal certificate required
• Familiarity with computerized ordering systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting
