and location.Please note that this is a replacementjob opening.Your Role:Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing optionsSupport treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental teamPresent treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plansBuild solid patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up careMaintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair timeCollaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality careUphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactionsAbout You:Previousclinicalexperience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator isrequiredKnowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients isrequiredExperience with dental software programs isrequiredStrongcustomerserviceexperienceApplication Information: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
