As a Designer, you will be instrumental in producing Level A and Level B designs, utilizing Latham’s custom panel software built on AutoCAD. Your expertise will help ensure compliance with industry standards while catering to customer needs for high-quality, sustainable pool designs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create working and presentation drawings for production
• Utilize AutoCAD for custom Latham Panel Software
• Develop blueprint layouts for recent pools
• Identify compliance concerns and ensure product accuracy
• Manage electronic Request Center Design queue and tasks

Requirements:
• High school diploma required; degree preferred
• Experience in design; pool industry experience an asset
• Proficient in AutoCAD/CAD software
• Strong math, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
