As a Health & Safety Analyst, you will report directly to the Health and Safety Manager. This role offers the chance to enhance health and safety practices by managing the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and supporting program reviews. You will analyze incident data and maintain key performance metrics across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage H&S; software systems and documentation
• Analyze and report on safety statistics and trends
• Document and update critical risk policies annually




• Moderate incident reports and track corrective actions
• Participate in H&S; team meetings and document minutes

Requirements:
• Diploma in Health & Safety Administration or related field
• Minimum three years in an Analyst role in mining or related sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and incident management systems
• Detail-oriented with robust communication skills
• Ability to work at a remote mine site
