This permanent position requires at least 3 years of experience in philanthropy, showcasing problem-solving and analytical skills. You'll play a crucial role in managing donor-funded initiatives, ensuring effective project execution, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage portfolios of funds and reporting requirements
• Monitor grant projects with fund holders
• Develop resources for diverse stakeholder groups
• Ensure compliance with agreements and policies
• Offer suggestions for workflow improvements
Requirements:
• 3+ years in fundraising and philanthropy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Salesforce or Blackbaud CRM
• Ability to work independently
• Solid communication and project management skills
