Your clinical skills will guide effective care delivery and documentation, while your leadership will support fellow nurses and team members. You will also collaborate across departments to maintain smooth operations and engage with residents and families for informed care decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure individualized resident care plans are met
• Guide nursing processes including assessments and evaluations




• Supervise and support nursing staff effectively
• Respond professionally to resident and family inquiries
• Foster safe practices within the Joint Safety Committee

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience required
• Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse in positive standing
• Strong proficiency in clinical documentation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License for possible travel
