As part of our national Transitions team, you'll help coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, maintain critical records and data, support process improvements, and contribute to projects that impact our operations across Canada.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, working with data and documentation,
and helping ensure a seamless transition experience for properties and clients across Canada.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy learning new systems, and take pride in accuracy and organization, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingSupport Property Transition ProjectsProperty onboarding and offboardingAgency agreement administrationParking and locker management projectsCorporate acquisitions and integrationsOngoing process improvement initiativesMaintain Data and DocumentationCreating and updating onboarding templatesPreparing Form Ds and other administrative documentationDrafting annual fee increase noticesUpdating vendor information and account recordsManaging digital file structures and document organizationUpdating and standardizing file naming conventionsCreating parking and locker inventories for new communitiesMaintaining homeowner records and documentationEnsuring accurate data entry across multiple systems,
