Were looking for one (1) Family Support Counsellor I / II to join our team!
Role Summary
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Family Support Counsellor I is responsible for the delivery of family support services to the children and families in the care of Woods Homes. Family support services include in home support as well as school liaison and community co-ordination as needed. Family Support Workers can be attached to educational, residential or community-based services and this determination is governed by the needs and procedures of those programs. The Family Support Counsellor will demonstrate due diligence in being exceptional in the delivery of high-quality services and in meeting the requirements of the Health and Safety Management System at Woods Homes.
