Reporting to the Director of Care, the Associate Director of Care plays a crucial role within the community ensuring that the home operates efficiently and delivers high-quality care to the residents.

What You’ll Be Doing: You will be a welcomed team member of Sienna Senior Living, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference. As the Associate Director of Care, your responsibilities will include overseeing clinical operations, leading clinical staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance to enhance the health, safety and well being of residentsClinical Management
Clinical Management Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and person-centered care to residents
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that address the individual needs and preferences of residents
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas of improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance resident outcomes
Team Member Supervision and Development Train, supervise and evaluate nursing professionals, including Registered Nurses (RN), Registered Practical Nurses or Licenced Practical Nurses (RPN/LPN) and Personal Support Workers or Health Care Aides (PSW/HCA)
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork,
