We will match your skills and experience with the needs of our clients.HCA's, care aids, private caregivers, LPN's and newly grad HCA's ( with or without BC registry number)are encouraged to apply!Responsibilities:Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing or as assigned based on the care planProviding emotional support and companionship to patients and their familiesEngage clients in conversation and enjoyable activitiesPrepare meals and help with light household tasksHelp clients maintain a safe, comfortable, and clean homeMonitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the healthcare teamProviding assistance with mobility and transferring patients safelyAssisting with medication reminders and medication administration under supervisionProvide respectful and compassionate care based on each client's needsQualificationsReliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsCaring, compassionate,
