We are looking for passionate, patient-centered Registered Dental Hygienist in our Goderich- Van Beek Family Dentistry who want to work in a collaborative, modern, and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene care

Conduct periodontal assessments and develop individualized care plans

Educate patients on oral health, hygiene techniques, and preventive care

Perform scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments

Accurately chart and maintain patient records in compliance with RCDSO and IPAC standards

Identify and communicate treatment opportunities to the dentist and team

Support patient retention, re-care scheduling,



and overall patient experience

Contribute to a positive and accountable team culture

What We’re Looking For

Registered Dental Hygienist licensed and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)

Current CPR certification

Strong clinical and periodontal knowledge

Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

A proactive, team-oriented mindset

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
