Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Review, draft,



and negotiate commercial agreements with clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to assess risks and align contract strategies.

Provide day-to-day legal advice across various business functions.

Promote corporate governance and manage relationships with external legal counsel.

Support the resolution of commercial disputes and client issues.
