STAN is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to build and scale the Finance function. This high-visibility role reports to the Head of Finance and offers ownership of critical operations. You will work across accounting, FP&A;, automation, and strategic analysis to enhance financial reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the month-end close process and financial reporting
• Manage revenue recognition and external audit processes
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and AR/collections
• Implement and improve Finance systems for efficiency
• Support compliance and annual planning processes

Requirements:
• 4-7 years of progressive finance experience
• CPA designation required
• Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
• Exceptional communication skills with non-finance stakeholders
