Lead the Materials team at IMP Aerospace & Defence as a Materials Supervisor. Oversee Stores Controllers and ensure effective logistical support for production in this vital role.

In this supervisory position, you will report to the Materials Manager and manage daily operations of the Material Support Department. Your key responsibilities will involve planning tasks, training personnel, material control, and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring accurate inventory management and compliance with the DND Supply System will also be critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize daily tasks for personnel
• Direct training on material handling procedures
• Control material logistics: receipt, storage, and shipping




• Liaise with program coordinators on material needs
• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with standards

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade twelve diploma and 10 years in Logistics
• 3+ years in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of DND Supply System and DRMIS
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Eligible for Canadian government security clearances
