The analyst works closely with internal engineering teams, operational stakeholders, external service providers, and vendor partners to aggregate incident and operational performance data, highlight trends, and improve overall system reliability via the Root Cause Analysis and Uptime Assessment programs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned.Review and analyze company policies and operational processesAggregate and track recommended changes to written policies and proceduresVisualize data using charts, graphs, and reports to summarize findings for managementAnalyze datasets and information to identify operational improvement opportunitiesAct as steward for RCA process; track and report on program health, corrective action status, and lessons learnedTrack and report status of portfolio Uptime Assessment actionsAssist in the development, implementation,



and tracking of departmental performance metricsDevelop and implement operational templates and communication strategiesCollaborate across multiple teams to improve operational efficiency and qualityBuild and maintain working relationships with any 3rd party providers, partners and vendors supporting operational processesBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent professional experience3+ years of project management or related professional experienceFamiliarity with Root Cause Analysis and/or Problem Management processesExperience in data analysis, including use of Excel pivot tables, formulas, and chartingProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with, or willingness to learn, business applications and databases such as ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and Salesforce, etc.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience managing, reforecasting, and reconciling budgets of $1M+Experience managing 3rd party provider and vendor relationshipsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESStrong writing skills for creating clear and concise communications and templatesEffective interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate within the immediate team and with direct stakeholdersOrganizational skills to prioritize work, balance multiple tasks, and meet deadlinesAttention to scope, tone, and quality in documentation and process updatesAbility to follow up on tasks in a timely manner,
