Human Agency, Inc. seeks an AI Product Quality Specialist (Contractor) to triage bugs, interpret user feedback, and maintain product quality across projects. You’ll decide what to fix, what to elevate, and what to ignore, owning outcomes and learning as you grow.
This fully remote role offers an hourly rate, US or Canada eligibility, and potential conversion to full time. You’ll use Claude Code and other AI tools to move faster while preserving sound judgment and the user’s perspective.
