Boomerang is looking for a Sports-Minded Sales Assistant to join its growing Toronto team. This is a hands-on sales role suited to individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, team-focused environment and are motivated by targets, personal development and performance. No previous sales experience is required - full training and ongoing coaching are provided.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Assistant, you'll work across live retail and event-based campaigns, engaging customers face-to-face and supporting new customer acquisition.

You'll start conversations with potential customers, understand their needs, explain available

products, services and promotions, and help guide interested customers through the sales process.

You'll also work alongside the wider team to achieve daily sales goals, maintain a professional

campaign environment and continually develop your confidence,



communication and sales skills.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to have played sports professionally! We're looking for people who bring the

qualities often developed through sport - teamwork, discipline, resilience and a competitive

mindset.

This could suit someone from a sports, fitness, hospitality, retail or customer-facing background,

as well as graduates and individuals looking to start a career in sales.
