Promote oral health in the Windsor community as a Registered Dental Hygienist with CUPE 543.3. Conduct screenings and deliver preventative care while collaborating with dental professionals.

This contract role requires an RDH who will work afternoons from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. You will provide evidence-based dental services in various settings, including schools and community clinics. The position aims to identify oral health needs and implement effective public health programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct oral health screenings in schools and clinics
• Provide preventive services like fluoride application and scaling
• Educate clients on oral health practices and healthy behaviors




• Document services and refer clients to dentists when needed
• Collaborate on community oral health initiatives

Requirements:
• Diploma in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of active dental practice experience
• Current certification in Basic First Aid
• CDHO registration as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Ontario
• Knowledge of Ontario Public Health Standards
