ParaMed seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse for a full-time community nursing role. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled community visits for patient care
• Provide ethical and safe nursing care to patients
• Assess individual patient needs using appropriate tools
• Monitor care plans and adjust as necessary

Requirements:
• CNO registration as RN or RPN in good standing
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Experience in community care is an asset
