Enhance user support at North Bay Regional Health Centre as an ITS System Technician. You’ll deliver critical IT support and ensure seamless operation across service desk and end-user support.

You’ll report to the Manager of Service Delivery and serve as the main contact for ITS issues. This role demands strong technical knowledge of PCs, networking, and software applications including Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365. Additionally, you will handle service desk operations, monitor performance, and provide after-hours support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with user support and service requests
• Monitor service desk performance metrics
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues




• Communicate with ITS department for effective issue resolution
• Provide field services for hospital units and remote sites

Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Community College program
• CompTIA A+ and ITIL Foundation certification preferred
• Experience in service desk and end-user support
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license required
