What is the opportunity?The Toronto Liability Advance Team is recruiting an Operations Officer. In this role you will be responsible for using various RBC systems to enter data, enable Clients to receive funding on RBC products and process maintenances for clients' loan and products.What will you do?Process moderately easy to complex client transactions.Ensure documents are examined for completeness and accuracy.Expect to process work volumes as measured through established service quality standards.Recommend process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.What do you need to succeed?Must-haveAvailable 12PM - 8PM EST Monday to FridayAttention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong logic, analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to work in a fast pace, high volume environment and showing flexibility when need arisesAccurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speedProficient in relevant computer applications i.E.
