Pearle Vision in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is seeking a Part-Time Associate Optometrist to deliver and lead the NECE care. You will partner with the Store Manager and Field Leadership to ensure a secure, motivating workplace and exceptional patient experiences from exam through product recommendations.
You will coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols, greet patients, and coordinate with sales staff to meet patient needs while upholding quality standards and company guidelines.
