In the second phase, you will confidently transition to independent practice with ongoing mentorship to ensure your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-centered care in diverse settings

• Teach and counsel patients and families
• Participate in health promotion and maintenance activities

Requirements:
• Accredited nursing education completion
• Eligible for practice permit with CRNA
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Recent graduates within 12 months eligible
• Familiarity with Connect Care preferred
