The Dairy Analysis laboratory is seeking a candidate to maintain complex analytical instruments and analyze milk composition under strict ISO standards. With a strong focus on QA/QC protocols, your work will help deliver precise and reliable results in a high-volume lab environment. You will operate automated instruments, conduct qualitative assessments, and train new staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze milk samples for legal compliance and quality
• Operate and calibrate complex analytical instruments
• Perform QA/QC checks and maintain accurate records
• Enter results in LIMS and manage sample shipments
• Train recent staff on procedures and equipment use
Requirements:
• Two-year Community College program with two years of experience
• Knowledge of dairy analysis methods and QA/QC protocols
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in lab instrumentation
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data management tools
