Position: Expense CoordinatorSummary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Expense Coordinator to join our team at TauRx Therapeutics. As a leader in Alzheimer's research, we are dedicated to discovering innovative products for the diagnosis, treatment, and cure of neurodegenerative disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing expenses and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time remote position with a competitive hourly salary of USD 30-35.Responsibilities:Manage and process employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policiesReview and verify receipts, invoices, and other supporting documents for expensesCommunicate with employees and managers to resolve any discrepancies or issues with expense reportsMonitor expense trends and provide recommendations for cost-saving measuresMaintain organized records of expenses and prepare reports as neededAssist with budget planning and forecasting for departmental expensesCollaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment of expensesKeep up-to-date with company expense policies and procedures and suggest improvements when necessaryRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in expense management or similar roleExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficient in Microsoft Office and experience with expense management softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentKnowledge of accounting principles and budgeting processesExperience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plusWe offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment that promotes qualified growth and development.
