Job SummarySupervise daily operations of accommodation, travel and tourism services to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences. Coordinate staff, workflows and compliance with industry standards to support effective service delivery.Number of Positions: 3Main DutiesSupervise and coordinate front-line teams including reception, housekeeping and guest services to maintain service standards.Develop and manage staff schedules and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage.Train, mentor and evaluate team members; provide coaching and performance feedback.Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, implementing service recovery measures as required.Monitor inventory, supplies and facility maintenance needs; coordinate procurement and vendor services.Prepare operational reports, track performance metrics and ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation requirements.RequirementsSecondary school diploma; post-secondary education in hospitality,
