and vehicle readinessCoordinate rental vehicles for customers throughout the collision repair processMaintain accurate rental agreements, customer records, and vehicle documentationCoordinate with estimators, production teams, insurance companies, and customers to ensure rental timing aligns with repair timelinesMonitor vehicle availability and maximize fleet utilizationCoordinate vehicle pickups, drop-offs, extensions, and returnsInspect vehicles before and after rentals and ensure they are maintained to a high standardCommunicate proactively with customers regarding rental timelines and requirementsAddress customer questions, concerns, and rental issues quickly and professionallyTrack rental activity, fleet status, and associated costsHelp ensure rental vehicles are properly maintained, clean, secure, and ready for the next customerSupport the overall customer experience and contribute to a positive, professional shop environmentAt Alloy Collision Centre, we understand that getting into an accident is stressful enough—our goal is to make the repair process as easy and seamless as possible.
