This individual will serve as a key point of contact for commercial and business clients, managing onboarding activities, account setup, documentation review, and digital banking support. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced working within a banking or financial services environment. Relevant responsibilities and qualifications are based on experience commonly seen in commercial banking onboarding, documentation, and client support functions.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesSupport commercial and business clients through onboarding and account setup processesReview and validate client documentation to ensure accuracy and complianceAssist clients with digital banking platform enrollment, access,



and troubleshootingServe as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolutionPartner with internal teams including operations, compliance, legal, and risk to facilitate onboarding activitiesMaintain accurate client records and documentationProvide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and virtual communication channelsTrack onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of client requestsMust-Have Qualifications2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, client onboarding, account management, or client supportExperience reviewing documentation and working within regulated environmentsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working with CRM or banking platformsNice-to-Have QualificationsCommercial banking experienceDigital banking or client migration experienceKnowledge of AML/KYC processesExperience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, or similar platforms
