Lead property operations with our client in the Milton/Hamilton area as a Property Management Manager. Oversee financial performance, tenant relations, and strategic property initiatives in this hands-on, onsite role.

In this vital position, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio. Your expertise will drive efficiency, enhance tenant and stakeholder relationships, and positively impact property performance. This role calls for a highly organized property management skilled with strong financial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify improvement areas
• Oversee day-to-day operations and service provider management




• Implement efficiency initiatives and cost-reduction strategies
• Develop strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders
• Support lease renewals and monitor rental income optimization

Requirements:
• 3+ years in commercial property management required
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• RPA or CPM designation preferred
