This position entails full-cycle recruiting, posting vacancies, pre-screening resumes, and participating in interviews. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace while fostering a respectful workplace for youth who have faced significant challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute effective Talent Acquisition strategies
• Provide comprehensive recruiting support to managers




• Post vacancies and pre-screen candidate resumes
• Coordinate interviews and conduct reference checks
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of HR/recruiting best practices
