We are looking for an assistant manager (optician) to join our team in Saint-Lambert.

Your Role

Support the manager in the clinic’s day-to-day operations

Motivate and guide the team in achieving their goals

Provide an exceptional customer experience

Advise patients and perform qualified duties related to the role of an optician

Help track sales, conversion rates, and the clinic’s various goals

Help maintain an efficient organization and a positive team dynamic

Take over management duties when necessary

Is a member of the Ordre des opticiens d’ordonnances du Québec

Has strong leadership skills and enjoys working as part of a team

Is organized, self-reliant, and solution-oriented

Has an excellent sense of customer service

Wants to take on greater management responsibilities
