This year-round, full time position involves supporting the Food and Beverage Manager with training, scheduling, and team performance. You'll oversee front of house operations, from lounges to events, to uphold ClubLink's service standards. This role requires effective communication with kitchen staff and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in food & beverage front of house operations
• Ensure outstanding service for Members and guests
• Hire, train, and coach F&B; team members
• Develop wine lists and beverage menus
• Maintain cash management controls and conduct inventory

Requirements:
• Smart Service and Food Handling Certified
• At least 1 year in a supervisory F&B; role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays
• Team-oriented with a focus on service quality
