Recovery Alberta is seeking a Peer Support Worker at the Sheldon M Chumir Health Centre to provide peer-based outreach and recovery support. The role leverages lived experience to engage with clients, connect them to health and community services, and reduce barriers to care.
You will work within a in office recovery response team, collaborating with clinicians and Protective Services to support individuals during crisis moments and link them to appropriate supports.
