This role acts as a key liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, documented, and translated into actionable work items that support successful delivery.The Senior Business Analyst focuses on facilitating communication, managing dependencies, and ensuring that delivery teams have the information needed to execute effectively, while maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders.This is an active position.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Engagement and Stakeholder CollaborationServe as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders on requirements, scope clarification,



and delivery coordinationFacilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement discussions to understand business needs and prioritiesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders and delivery teamsCommunicate requirements, updates, and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesEnsure alignment between client expectations and delivery timelines2. Requirements Management and DocumentationGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in a structured and traceable formatTranslate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentationEnsure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with agreed scope and business outcomesMaintain traceability between requirements, delivery milestones, and released functionalitySupport ongoing clarification of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle3. Delivery Execution SupportCollaborate closely with Solution Architects and Technical Teams to ensure requirements are well understood and actionableParticipate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness activitiesTrack dependencies, assumptions, and risks that may impact delivery timelines or outcomesSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) planning, coordination, and validationAssist in ensuring readiness for releases, including requirement sign-off and stakeholder communication4.



Change and Scope CoordinationSupport impact analysis for changes to requirements, scope, or timelinesEnsure changes are documented, communicated, and aligned with project objectivesMonitor scope alignment and elevate potential risks or deviations as neededMaintain clear documentation of decisions, assumptions, and requirement updates5. Process and Delivery SupportContribute to improving requirement management and documentation practicesSupport consistent delivery processes and communication standards across engagementsMaintain accurate documentation to support delivery continuity and knowledge transferQualifications and ExperienceRequired:5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar roleExperience in eCommerce or complex delivery environments involving APIs, integrations, SAP/ERP, PIM systems, and SalesforceStrong experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and traceabilityHands‐on experience with Jira and ConfluenceProven ability to facilitate workshops, interview stakeholders, and translate ambiguous needs into clear requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business termsExperience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environmentsStrong analytical, problem‐solving, and prioritization skills in rapid‐paced environmentPreferred:MBA or advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in strategic planning, consulting, or advisory engagementsFamiliarity with emerging technologies, including AI/ML and Agentic AI, and their business applicationsCompensationThe base pay range for this role is CA$70,000 – CA$90,000 per year.
