You will collaborate with Delivery Managers to define role requirements, build diverse talent pipelines, and ensure candidates are a outstanding fit for client needs. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple time zones for a broad range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with managers to scope roles and define success profiles
• Build diverse talent pipelines using multiple sourcing methods
• Screen candidates for skills and cultural fit




• Present shortlists with details on candidates' availability and compensation
• Maintain ATS with all requisition updates and touchpoints

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
• Comfortable in multi-time zone collaboration
• Experience with Fortune 500 or consulting firms preferred
• Background in technology or healthcare recruitment is a plus
