"What You'll DoReceive, review, and process vendor invoices accurately and on timeWork with internal teams to obtain approvals, confirm coding, and resolve discrepanciesAssist with processing payments by cheque, EFT, or other approved methodsReconcile vendor statements, investigate billing issues, and maintain organized AP filesRespond to vendor inquiries, build positive relationships, and assist with vendor onboardingProcess employee expense claims and help reconcile corporate credit card statementsAssist with journal entries, account reconciliations, general ledger accuracy, and month-end closeSupport accounts receivable, cash management, audit requests,
