This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased engineer looking to step into leadership or further develop their supervisory experience within a large, evolving hospital environment. The organisation offers genuine career progression into Facilities Management, alongside funded training, professional qualifications and degree-level education opportunities.Duties of the Mechanical Supervisor include:Supervising and supporting a team of mechanical engineersCoordinating planned and reactive maintenance activitiesProviding technical support across HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting and mechanical systemsEnsuring maintenance activities are completed safely and compliantlyManaging maintenance records and compliance documentationSupporting plant inspections, servicing and repairsUndertaking AP duties or completing AP trainingParticipating in the on-call rota and supporting the wider estates teamThe Mechanical Supervisor will have:NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a Mechanical disciplineBackground in Plumbing, HVAC, Air Conditioning,
