As a key member of the Precinct Properties Branch, you will report directly to the Director and collaborate with Designers, Consultants, and Facility Maintenance professionals. This position focuses on overseeing capital construction projects and ensuring they align with restoration requirements. Your experience in project management will drive excellence in maintaining architectural integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and design for construction projects
• Ensure compliance with Restoration Master Plan
• Liaise with clients and government officials for project planning
• Monitor design activities to meet quality standards
• Approve consultant selection and manage contracts
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture or Engineering or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of project planning and scheduling experience
• 3-5 years of relevant job experience required
• Broad knowledge of building design and construction
• Strong oral and written communication skills
