Citi seeks a senior payments leader to manage its domestic payment portfolio across various payment rails. You'll innovate product offerings while leading a skilled team of Product Managers. Responsibilities include overseeing P&L;, commercial positioning, and cross-functional collaboration for product success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate the 3–5 year strategic roadmap for payment products
• Manage P&L;, pricing strategies, and revenue growth
• Collaborate with Sales for client adoption and high-value RFPs
• Lead modernization of ACSS and ensure high STP rates
• Represent Citi on industry committees and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• 15+ years in financial services with 10+ in transaction banking
• 5+ years of people leadership in complex organizations
• Deep knowledge of Canada's payment ecosystems
• Proven P&L; management skills and competitive pricing design
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
