Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the technician will support administrative, operational, and maintenance activities.RESPONSIBILITIESPerform administrative follow-ups related to operations;Prepare various operational reports and documents;Participate in purchasing parts, supplies, and equipment required for operations;Follow up with suppliers;Maintain certain inventories, records, and tracking files up to date;Assist in planning and monitoring preventive maintenance activities;Provide support during equipment repairs and troubleshooting;Perform basic inspections and checks on equipment;Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives;Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment;Participate in health and safety activities when required;Perform any other related duties as needed;QUALIFICATIONSTechnical training in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field (an asset);Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment;Good knowledge of computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite;English required (French considered an asset)PERSONALITYTRAITSAbility to learn and adapt;Strong organizational and priority management skills;Autonomy and resourcefulness;Solid communication skills and team-oriented mindsetAttention to detail and commitment to quality work;Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
