About the roleAll Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will maximize product inventory and support online business operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience. While both part‐time and full‐time positions generally focus on merchandising responsibilities, you may also be assigned sales, front end or other responsibilities as needed. Internally, you will be referred to as Merchandiser and report to the store management team.You willMaximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‐store and curbside pick‐up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assignedDeliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and servicesParticipate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledgeMaintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programsMaintain safety and cleanliness standards across the storeEnsure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a protected and compliant store environmentComplete cross‐functional responsibilities and other duties as assignedLoad and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws - if delivery is added as an essential job functionIf this job posting is coded as a seasonal role above,
