In this position you will oversee all fleet preventative maintenance and more, from initial unit intake to creating the invoice. You will ensure Maxim's equipment is maintained in a cost efficient manner while sustaining long‐term customer relationships.What will your responsibilities be?Manage Preventative Maintenance and Safety Schedule via arranging appointments, tracking compliance and communicating with customersSchedules Rental and leasing unit repairs into shop and arranges sublet repairsReviews Repair Orders for Invoicing – issues Purchase OrdersMaintains ongoing communication and relationship with customers via regular updates and meetingsOther duties as assignedWhat do you need to succeed in this position?2+ years of frontline customer service experienceSolid understanding of debits/credits and invoicingExperience in a fleet environment preferredExperience in the heavy-duty truck/trailer industry ( or a related industry) is preferredTeam player with a strong commitment to the customerEffective communication skills with a high level of professionalismExcellent fact finding and analytical skillsAbility to organize, set priorities, and meet deadlinesAttentive to detail, strong aptitude for numbersBasic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet)Accurate keyboarding and data entryKnowledge of Karmak preferred.
