This is an important position within our organization. We are looking for someone who is accurate, organized, dependable, comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities, and able to provide management with reliable and timely financial information.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping and financial administration, including:Accounts payable and accounts receivablePayroll processing and related payroll administrationBank and credit-card reconciliationsGeneral ledger entries and account reconciliationsGST preparation and remittancesWCB reporting and related financial administrationMonth-end reconciliation and reportingMaintaining accurate and organized financial recordsMonitoring cash flow and upcoming financial obligationsPreparing financial information and reports for managementAssisting with budgeting and financial trackingPreparing year-end information and documentationWorking directly with the company's external accountantIdentifying discrepancies and following through until they are resolvedMaintaining confidentiality of company, employee,
