Vancouver Coastal Health in Whistler, BC is seeking a Mental Health & Addictions Case Coordinator Nurse (RN or RPN) to join the Adult Mental Health team. You will work within a psychosocial rehabilitation model to provide treatment and case management services, coordinating care with families and colleagues.You will conduct intake assessments, plan treatment, and deliver counseling and education to support client access to services.
