Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership for project planning, construction, commissioning, schedule, budget, safety, and contract management
Coordinate multiple contractors, suppliers, engineering teams, and project stakeholders
Lead project planning, procurement, construction sequencing, commissioning, and operational readiness
Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, risks, quality, and change management
Review contractor schedules, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
Lead construction completion, punch-list activities, commissioning, and project handover
Prepare and present regular project updates and reporting to leadership
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, manage risks, and improve project timelines
Maintain project risk, cost, change, and contract documentation
Ensure safety requirements and project standards are consistently followed
Support project closeout and final documentation
Qualifications
15+ years of project management experience on industrial projects
Extensive experience managing construction and commissioning activitiesProv
ed experience coordinating multiple contractors and suppliers
Experience working within an operating industrial facility
Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, contracts, risk, and change management
Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Engineering degree in Mechanical, Process, Industrial, Chemical, or a related discipline is an asset
Work Requirements
Must be based in or near Saskatoon
Regular in-person meetings in Saskatoon
Travel to a remote project site on a fly-in/fly-out basis
11-hour workdays while onsite, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch
Additional hours may be required with approval
