This role, reporting to the child care supervisor, involves providing personal care and fostering a nurturing atmosphere for children. You’ll engage with up to 15 kids, implement YMCA’s curriculum, and communicate positively with families and staff. Flexibility is key, as you adapt to routines while ensuring all children feel included and supported.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care including first aid and medication administration
• Supervise and actively engage with children in group settings




• Plan and implement play-based learning activities
• Communicate effectively with families and staff
• Create an inclusive environment for all children

Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
• Up-to-date immunizations as per public health standards
• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
