Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) seeks an exceptional Senior Director to lead Enterprise Performance, Evaluation and Strategic Initiatives. The role requires a strategic, results‑oriented leader who can drive enterprise‑wide performance within a complex healthcare setting.
Reporting to the CEO and as part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will develop evaluation frameworks, dashboards and KPIs, oversee risk, quality, and strategic programs, and steer transformation across DCHC sites
