Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze market trends to identify current business opportunities
• Support client engagement and account planning for CSMs
• Build and maintain opportunity pipelines using CRM tools




• Ensure proposal delivery timelines and client satisfaction
• Track and report on business development performance metrics

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like engineering or business
• Five or more years of experience in the energy sector
• Understanding of engineering firm structure and energy markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Proven ability in supporting business development activities
